We refer people to specialist estate planners who offer free consultations, helping families make informed decisions before it’s too late.
We’re growing fast – and we need confident, compassionate individuals to join our team of Telemarketers.
About the Role:
As a Telemarketer, your role will be to call warm leads – people who have requested more information through our website, adverts, or helpline – and offer them the opportunity to speak to a qualified specialist for a free advice session.
No hard selling. No cold calling. Just genuine conversations that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Call warm leads and clearly explain the free advice service
Book consultations or arrange follow-up calls with specialist estate planners
Accurately record call outcomes and client needs
Provide empathetic, supportive conversations (we often speak to people in difficult situations)
What We’re Looking For:
Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
Kind, patient, and able to build trust over the phone
Target-driven but customer-focused – we value quality over quantity
Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus
Comfortable using a simple CRM system (training provided)
