Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers to promote our home energy-saving products and book appointments for consultations with our sales team.
• Lead Generation & Appointment Booking: Generate qualified leads and ensure the smooth scheduling of appointments for field-based sales consultations.
• Customer Education: Inform homeowners about the benefits of energy-efficient solutions and how they can save money and reduce energy bills.
• Record Keeping: Accurately maintain customer interaction records and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
• Meeting Targets: Consistently meet or exceed call and appointment booking targets.

Requirements:
