We’re expanding and on the lookout for experienced Timeshare OPCs and an OPC Manager to join our growing team in Fañabé, a prime tourist hotspot in Costa Adeje.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing (OPCs)

  • Actively approach and engage with tourists in busy areas
  • Promote our luxury vacation ownership opportunities
  • Qualify potential clients and book them in for a sales presentation
  • Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and confidence

👥 OPC Manager Role Includes

  • Leading and motivating a team of OPCs
  • Hitting daily and weekly team targets
  • Supporting recruitment and training of new OPCs
  • Managing rota, reporting and results tracking
  • Hands-on work – leading by example in the field

🎯 We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Timeshare OPC roles (minimum 6 months for OPCs, 1+ year for managers)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, competitive mindset
  • Autonomous status (or willingness to register as Autónomo in Spain)
  • Must be legally eligible to live and work in Spain
