Description:
Join our dynamic and high-energy team in Thailand as a Timeshare Sales Consultant. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals looking to excel in a thriving environment with excellent earning potential, exciting incentives, and comprehensive relocation support.

Key Benefits:

  • Flight Reimbursement: A standard one-way flight to Thailand is reimbursed in two installments:
    • 50% on the first payday after completing training and starting work.
    • 50% after closing the first deal.
  • Generous Commission Structure:
    • 8% on the first deal of the month.
    • 9% on the second deal of the month.
    • 10% on the third and all subsequent deals of the month.
    • Optional: A $1,000 USD start-up assistance advance is available to help with initial costs, reducing commission rates to 6%, 7%, and 8% for the first month.
  • Daily Spifs (Special Performance Incentives): Paid daily, ranging from $40 to $240.
  • Competitions: Monthly recognition and rewards for top-performing representatives.
  • Relocation Support: The company provides and covers:
    • Visa on arrival and work permit.
    • Medical coverage.
    • First month’s accommodation.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote timeshare products to prospective clients effectively.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets to maximize earnings.
  • Demonstrate a professional and enthusiastic approach to sales.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English Speaker: Strong communication skills in English are essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in timeshare sales.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Thailand and commit to the role.
