We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Holiday Ownership Sales Representative.

Position Overview: As a Holiday Ownership Sales Representative at Royal Savoy, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, responsible for promoting and selling our exclusive holiday ownership products to prospective clients. Your passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and persuasive abilities will play a key role in turning potential customers into delighted vacation owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers, both on-site and through outreach efforts, to generate interest in our holiday ownership products.
  • Conduct personalized sales presentations to showcase the unique benefits and features of our vacation ownership offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our holiday ownership program and address any inquiries or concerns that potential buyers may have.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and resort management to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions to optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent Royal Savoy with utmost professionalism and adherence to our brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for travel and knowledge of the holiday ownership industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (additional language skills are advantageous).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
