With fixed fees, you pay a predetermined amount for our services, regardless of the candidate’s salary or contract value. Retained Fees

In cases where you have highly specialised roles or executive-level positions to fill, our retained fee option may be the most suitable choice. With retained fees, you engage our services exclusively for the search and recruitment process.
