Our Client Charging Model

Contingency Fees
Our primary and most common charging option is based on a contingency fee structure. With contingency fees, you only pay when we successfully place a candidate who is hired by your organisation. This model allows you to minimise risk, as you do not incur any costs until you find the right candidate through our services.
The fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year annual salary or contract value. The percentage may vary depending on the complexity of the role, the level of the position, and other factors. Rest assured that our fees are competitive and in line with industry standards.
Fixed Fees
For clients who prefer a more predictable cost for their recruitment needs, we also offer fixed fee options. With fixed fees, you pay a predetermined amount for our services, regardless of the candidate’s salary or contract value. This approach provides a clear understanding of the cost from the outset, making it easier for budgeting and planning.
Retained Fees
In cases where you have highly specialised roles or executive-level positions to fill, our retained fee option may be the most suitable choice. With retained fees, you engage our services exclusively for the search and recruitment process. The fee is split into installments, providing a structured approach to ensure you receive the highest level of attention and dedication to finding the perfect candidate.
