Job Description

We are currently recruiting 2 Telemarketers to join our growing UK-based team! Your role will be to book appointments for equity release consultations, using fresh, qualified leads generated daily.

🔹 Position: Telemarketer (Appointment Setter)
🔹 Location: Remote (work from home)
🔹 Start Date: Immediate
🔹 Leads Provided: Yes – all leads are generated fresh each day

💼 Two Options Available:

Option 1 – Fixed Hours

  • 📅 Monday to Friday
  • ⏰ 09:00 – 16:00 UK time (7 hours per day)
  • 💰 €1400 per month (fixed salary)
  • 📈 Bonuses available for top performers

Option 2 – Flexi Hours

  • ⏰ 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (flexible within UK daytime hours)
  • 💰 Commission only – €100 per qualified appointment
  • Ideal for experienced telemarketers who want to control their earnings!

📌 Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker (clear and confident telephone manner)
  • Experience in telesales or appointment setting preferred
  • Must have a quiet working environment, reliable internet connection, and a headset
  • You will be responsible for your own taxes (self-employed/freelancer status)
